Four people have been charged in connection to the death of a five-year-old boy who was killed when his hyperbaric chamber exploded. Thomas Cooper, five, died when the pressurized oxygen chamber he was inside at a Michigan medical facility burst into flames on January 31. His mother, Annie Cooper, suffered severe burns when she tried to rescue her son from the explosion at the Oxford Center. The state attorney general has charged four employees from the center in connection to Thomas' death, claiming they 'held safety among their lowest considerations.
