A Texas grandmother was left heartbroken after her infant granddaughter was found dead stuffed in a tool bag and dumped in a lake in Central Texas. The baby, identified as Peyton Sky Davis, was found on August 31 by a fisherman at Lake Fort Phantom Hill in Abilene. The child's mother Heather Kennedy, 20, and boyfriend, 35-year-old Donald Schulz have been arrested and are now facing charges of tampering with a human corpse.
