Kim Kardashianhas a lot on her brain — especially what's going on with her brain.

On the latest episode of Hulu'sThe Kardashians, theAll's Fairactress and Skims founder pays a visit to Dr. Daniel Amen with Scott Disick to get a scan of her brain amid multiple stressors. "I'm so busy in my life," the 45-year old explains during a confessional. "The bar is in two months. I have the Met Gala. I have my robbery trial coming up. Oh, and I might have a brain aneurysm, no biggie."

Amen, a celebrity doctor known for using hisbrain imaging technology, has beenpreviously featured in an episode ofThe Kardashians, during which he scanned Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner's brains.

On the way to the scan, Disick told Kardashian that he's "sorry for all you're going through," referring to the public tension between her and ex-husbandKanye "Ye" West.

It's been four years since Kardashian and Yeended their marriage, but the narrativehas since grown more complexas the reality star saysshe is still working at co-parenting with Yeamid his growing public controversies. Ye has faced significant public backlash and the loss of brand sponsorships for repeatedlyespousing antisemitic rhetoric, as well as afailed 2020 runfor president, all as he navigates his bipolar diagnosis.

When aKardashiansproducer noted that her "ex" is "getting loud," Kardashian maintained her neutral expression, replying, "I just can't really engage. I think it's just for the better."

But when talking to Disick, Kardashian let loose some of her irritation, admitting that she finds it "frustrating" that her "character as a mom" is continually being called into question. "Sometimes I just feel like snapping but I just can't," she said.

As she later added in a confessional interview, "My only focus and job is to really just be strong for my kids."

Ahead of their scans, Kardashian and Disick wax poetic about her ability to stay calm while enduring stressful situations, and they wonder if that will appear on her brain scan. "I've always wondered why Kim has been able to stay so calm during pretty much anything," Disick said in a confessional. "I mean, she could get into a fistfight with one of her sisters and then be like, 'Should I get green tea or Earl tea?' And I'm like, 'I think you just assaulted somebody.'"

"She's able to bottle up her emotions. Not sure where they go. Maybe she's tucking them under her butt. That's why it's so big," he quipped.

When the brain scan results are in, Amen told Kardashian that she has a "beautiful" brain and isn't a high risk for Alzheimer's disease. He said she's "not terribly stressed, not anxious and not depressed," based on the scan. "You are extraordinary in being positive," he said.

However, Kardashian noticed that there are "holes" in her scan, and when she pressed Amen about them, he explained that they indicate "low activity."

"The front part of your brain is less active than it should be," he told her. "With your frontal lobes, as they work now, it would be harder to manage stress and that's not good for you, especially as you're studying and you're getting ready to take the boards."

Unsurprisingly, Kim is stunned by the news. "That just can't be," Kardashian said. "It just can't — not accepting."

Amen went on to explain that her results could be linked to the "chronic stress" that she's under as she studies for the bar exam. He advised that she has to take steps to manage her stress better.

"I got to get on a plan to really figure this out because I have some s--- to do this summer," Kardashian declared in a confessional.

"I did a Prenuvo scan, and they called me today, and they're like, 'Everything looks great. But you have an aneurysm in your brain,'" she told her sister Kourtney. "They're like, 'It's been there for like years. It was here a few years ago.'"

She went on to note that her doctor believe that the ailment was caused by "stress." She added, "People think I have the luxury of walking away."
